After we receive the final bid on the first round, I will stop and ask the owner if we can sell another lot or lots at the same price to the final bidder. Then upon sellers approval we may ask if anyone else would like another lot for the same price, if we have more than one person that wants the same lot we will re-open the bidding for round two. Then we will repeat the process.
